Meeting Info
Meeting starts at 9am sharp. Keep plugs to brand new listing or price reduction, major changes such as no more wild dog on property, etc. Pass fliers around the room for all other properties. Hand out caravan list and be sure all agents on caravan list are present. Keep guest speaker to 20 minutes max. Adjourn meeting at 10:00AM sharp. Car up and go!

Broker Responsibilities
1. Pulling the preview list from the MLS & confirming with the 1st 15 agents on the list holding the open house that they will attend Marketing session and that they check in with host Broker the morning of caravan to be sure the property is still available.
2. The Broker will have mapped out the 1st 15 MLS entries and made appropriate copies for agents in attendance & extras for agents that join in for caravan at TBA at 10AM or 1st house (lists shall be provided for those agents not on the list to preview, that are unable to attend the marketing session for whatever reason). Please remember that we want agents to view our listings. Some circumstances prohibit an agent to attend marketing session.
3. Host Broker will have list available by Thursday evening for those who cannot attend. A representative of each office may request a fax of the list or send a representative to the marketing session to pick up and make copies for their offices so they can participate. Also a suggestion is to have extras at the 1st home for those offices that have their own Friday morning meetings.
Affiliate Responsibilities
1. Assist Broker in finding a guest speaking for a maximum of 20 minutes.
2. Help Broker provide coffee, juice, snacks, etc.
3. Work as a TEAM to organize and keep the meeting proceeding on time
